Believe me, the moon looks so much better when it isnt a little white dot. To fit more images on a card, for normal daytime snapshot photography, some people shoot with a lower quality setting that compresses the JPEG files more. But, since this will be a tightly controlled picture using a tripod, the slower films will yield much better results, since they have finer grain, which makes for sharper pictures and better color balance.
